Terms
22 October 2026
These terms cover use of this ClipWall preview. ClipWall helps a buyer collect testimonials and embed the ones they approve. ClipWall does not approve submissions or embed them for the buyer.
Buyers
You need an email to sign in. The first sign-in creates an empty workspace. You are responsible for the collection link you send, the consent line on that page, and which submissions you approve for public display. Free includes 5 video slots, 25 written reviews, and 3 active projects. Pending, approved, and rejected items each use a slot. Deleting an item frees it. A full video cap does not block text.
Prices shown for Starter and Pro describe plans that are not on sale in this preview. Paying, or a message that a payment succeeded, is not part of this version. Leaving an email on the waitlist does not start a subscription and does not change your plan.
Submitters
If you open a collection link, you do not create a ClipWall account and you are not charged. You confirm that you have the right to share the video or text, and you agree that the buyer may display what they approve on their site and embed. The consent checkbox on the collection page links here. It starts unchecked. The buyer can replace the short consent sentence; these terms still apply.
The product sample
The demo wall linked from the landing page is a seeded product sample. Those names and cards are not customers, logos, or results. The sample does not accept new submissions.
Acceptable use
Do not use ClipWall to collect content you have no right to publish, to break into another workspace, or to overload the service. We may ban an account that does. A ban stops sign-in. It does not review the testimonials on that account.
The service is provided as a preview. Captions, file delivery, and email depend on what is configured on the server. Where a provider key is missing, the product says so instead of pretending the paid service ran.
